Shipments outside the European Union are subject to customs taxation. In shipments to Brazil, we created the option TAX FREE, which guarantees 100% that the customer will not be taxed.
Products expedition
Expedition deadlines may vary depending on the availability of the product or according to periods of greater volume of deliveries (for example, Christmas).
Orders with confirmed payment have shipment up to 48h after payment, except stock break or incomplete address. In the event of a stock break, Portugal Store will contact the customer, proposing an alternative.
In order to provide the best customer service, we give great importance to the packaging of the products, so that they can be transported and received without damage. All orders are shipped in boxes and well packed:
How can I track the order?
All our shipments have tracking number, regardless of the carrier. This is a security for the customer and for the store as it makes the process more secure and controlled.
Delivery
Portugal Store sends products in partnership with the carrier Nacex, with CTT and CTT Expresso, varying the delivery times according to region.
After shipment, delivery times are:
Continental Portugal – Delivery in the next business day.
Madeira and Azores – Delivery up to 5 business days (up to 7 more days for more distant islands).
Rest of Europe – Delivery within 5 to 9 business days.
Brazil – Delivery between 5 to 9 business days (5 more days for destinations outside urban centers). See the option TAX FREE. *
Rest of the World – Delivery between 7 to 14 business days (5 more days for destinations outside urban centers).
* Orders sent to small towns in the interior states may take plus 5 days.
Portugal Store also has a partnership with DHL for urgent shipments.
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Perfumes cannot be sent via DHL. That way, if you make a purchase of other products and perfumes, the order can be separated and the perfumes sent by post.
The delivery time information will be displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you enter the delivery location information of your order.
Delivery times can be influenced by the service levels of our transport service providers.
Compliance with agreed deadlines is above 95%. However, it is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strike, etc. Any questions please contact us.
If the order is not delivered within the aforementioned deadlines, Portugal Store will immediately file a complaint with the carrier.
Delivery insurance
In case of loss, the delivery insurance is automatically activated, having the client the option of reshipment of the order or the refund of the total value of the order.
The order is considered lost after the following deadlines:
Portugal - 5 business days after shipping.
European Union - 30 business days after shipping.
Rest of the world - 60 business days after shipment. *

Notes
The expedition and the delivery period begin to be considered only after confirmation of payment by the Financial Institution, which varies according to the payment method chosen.
All our products are shipped from Portugal. Thus, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to a customs duty at the entrance of the country of destination. Payment of this tax is customer's responsibility.
According to the quality standards of the carriers, delivery periods are met in 99% of cases.
